How to use it?
 
Put the tourniquet on the place where bleeding 2" between the would & the heart, wrap a bandage around the injured limb.
Tighten the strape then fix it.
Wrap a bandage around the injured limb and paste Velcro.
Twist the windlass to increase pressure until the wound stops bleeding profusely.
Put the windlass in the fastener hold and paste the Velcro.
Record the specific time of completion of hemostasis (00:00).
